Mackenzie was the best! She fitted me for my next running shoe. She was very considerate of my concerns and gave me a thorough analysis. She explained what I should particularly be looking for in a running shoe and presented me with a few different pairs for me to try. She also offered socks and insoles but was not at all pushy about it. I found the perfect pair of running shoes thanks to her expertise! Also purchased some running socks. She also provided me w/ info and suggested i attend the store's evening runs. Which I may be doing soon :) I will definitely be returning for all of my running needs!

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by one of the associates. I told him my concerns about my current running shoes and we found a pair that fit my needs. The shoe I chose was unavailable in-store, so he ordered it online for me. The associate was excellent, and I could tell that the other associates really cared about helping the customers. I would definitely recommend Fleet Feet - Burbank to anyone I know.

Great place to start a running journey. Got my first shoes here last year. Found a running community. Got help on “next” interests. (Trail) They offer training (5k to marathon) And Gu (my favorite: orange of course). Super friendly helpful staff - even for an older first-timer when I had no idea what to expect, entry level shoes and entry level price tag, but pro level advice.

I love this store. I saw they were sponsoring my first ever race (Finish the Run/Ride Santa Clarita on 10/29). At the event, I spoke to Darcy at their booth. Despite the crazy wind, she took her time to tell me some shoe recommendations and gave me a card to come in. I couldn't come in on Wednesday, as I intended, but I did come on Thursday. Darcy wasn't there, but Edwin (that was the name on the receipt. I forgot to ask him his name) helped me. He gave me great advice and took his time making sure that my shoes fit well. I picked up some great socks because he let me know about the buy 3 get 1 free sale as well as the customer sign-up thing that allows me to save $15 if I spent over a certain amount. I've never had such great service at a store in my life, and I felt particularly self conscious as I'm an older woman with ZERO athletic experience. Even though they were busy, I never felt ignored or rushed. They had a sign-up board and were great about checking it the whole time. This store took an overwhelming / intimidating process and made it welcoming and fun! I LOVE FLEET FEET BURBANK. Fan for life!
